What we collect
- Restaurant owners: name, business info, email, phone, billing info, domain.
- End customers (on a shop site): name, email, phone, address, order details, payment token via processor (we do not store full card numbers).
- SMS: phone numbers and opt-in/opt-out status when SMS is used.
- Technical: IP, cookies, device info for security and site function.
How we use it
Run ordering and kitchen tools, support, billing, fraud prevention, and (with consent) order SMS / marketing SMS. We do not sell personal information or SMS opt-in lists.
SMS messaging
By providing a mobile number and opting in (for example a checkout checkbox or signup form), the customer agrees to receive texts from that pizzeria / Pizzeria Solution–powered shop about orders and, if they also opt in to marketing, offers.

Sharing
We use processors needed to operate the service (hosting, payment processors such as Stripe, SMS providers such as Twilio, email providers). They process data for us, not for their own marketing of your customers. We may disclose information if required by law.
Retention
Orders and accounts are kept as needed for the service and legal obligations; backups on a limited schedule. We delete or export data on request where required by applicable law.
